This product includes a 1-year warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty covers qualifying issues related to the humidor cabinet unit, including manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, customers should contact Hemingway as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with order details, photos/videos of the item, and photos of the packaging.
