After-Sales Service

Hemingway provides service booking, inspection, maintenance, and technical support for electric humidors in the UAE.

Customers can submit a service request for cooling issues, humidity issues, door or fingerprint lock issues, general maintenance, or inspection.

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse, physical damage, water damage, power surge, unauthorized repair, improper handling, or damage caused by not following the recommended usage instructions.

UAE Delivery

Electric humidor orders qualify for free UAE shipping. Orders placed before 4 PM are processed the same day, and eligible UAE items may receive next-day delivery according to the shipping policy.
